Our IBOPs can be applicable to Top Drives from domestic and foreign brands such as BPM, TPEC, VARCO, TESCO, CANRIG and etc. We can produce H2S free IBOP with high requirements by using imported superior anti-H2S materials.

IBOP For Top Drive (Upper/Lower Safety Valves)

IBOP for top drive can be divided into Upper IBOP and Lower IBOP; they are control valves which are used with the top drive system. Usually the two valves connected to the top drive drilling device. The IBOP adopts high reliable metal seal. Soit can bear high pressure upward and downward. The working pressure can be achieved 10000 psi or 15000 psi. When well kick occurring, the upper IBOP can be closed by remote controlled, but the lower IBOP will be closed manually. Actuator for top drive is a subsidiary body which controls open and close of Upper IBOP. It works with other accessories of the rig, so that control openning and closing of Upper IBOP on any height of derrick driller console. Both the valve body cavity and accessories have special anticorrosive processing, so that prolong the working life.

Top Drive Saver Sub

Top Drive Saver Sub is a kind of sub connected with Lower IBOP and drill pipe, mainly used in the top drive system. Not only acting as crossover sub, but also protecting lower IBOP. Top drive saver sub can be divided into general top drive saver sub and low temperature top drive saver sub.

IBOP Actuator

Actuator is a driving tool supporting the use of top drive system, and it consists of actuator and crank. It drives the actuator by the top drive hydraulic system, and the actuator controls open and close of the inner ball valve in Upper IBOPs by rotating of crank mechanism. It is reliable to work and easy to handle.

Inner Blowout Preventer is a necessary blowout preventing device during drilling process specified by IADC (International Association of Drilling Contractors). If any well kick or overflow occurs, the inner blowout preventer shall be used, because the important thing at this moment is to land the drilling rods into the well as many as possible, and this can be done only by installing a pressure-returning device in the drill string.

Multi-Stage By-pass Valve are active in different ways of drilling, it is assembled at the back of power tools (such as drilling motor, turbo drilling tool, MWD, LWD etc) and can achieve five by-pass cycling times. It can prevent and reduce rock debris during application in large displacement and horizontal wells. Besides, when injecting plugging agent it can prevent the agent from flowing inside to the power tools, which can reduce lifting times and save costs.

Float Valve Core

In normal well-drilling, the valve cover of the floating valve core opens, then the drilling fluid circulates smoothly. When the well kick or blowout occurs under the well, the valve cover is closed so as to reach the purpose of blowout prevention, which can prevent the drilling fluid backflow, and prevent the sediment from getting into the drill string to get anti-blocking effect during stripping-in operations.
