Wire-wrapped Screen
1. Wire-wrapped Screen Characteristics
Key-stone shaped slot pattern, low risk to plugging, easy to clean.
Superior resistant to corrosion and long lifespan in applications.
Optimized design for perforation, all welded structure, high mechanical strength which is competitive with casing of the same size.
Minimum slot opening: 0.1mm, which can satisfy the most of well-completion requirements.
High flow area.
The technical is mature, good adaptability.
2. Applications
Gravel-packing in cased-hole completions of vertical wells, directional wells, horizontal wells, multi-lateral wells and open-hole completions.
3. Filter Principle
Wire-wrapped screen provide effective sand control for nominal gravel packing application. The slot is designed to stop the gravel and the sand from the earth is then stopped by the holes formed by the gravel.

1.Key Features Include:
Slots are made on base pipes with large ID/OD ratio.
High mechanical strength, high flexibility to allow adequate bending, which makes it applicable in complicated well conditions, and can be used in open-hole horizontal well completion for sand control.
Low cost in manufacture and downhole installations.
Open hole area: 2%-6%.
Base pipe: J55, N80, P110, etc.

4.Basic Design
4.1 Slot Type
| STRAIGHT MILL SLOTTING This was the first type of slot manufactured. It has straight sides, equal width throughout the wall of the KEYSTONE OR UNDERCUT SLOTTING The surface width of this type of slotting is smaller than internal width so as to reduce the chance of blocking. Normally the keystone inclined angle is 6°. |

4.2 Slot Pattern
Normally it has parallel pattern and staggered pattern. When the opening areas are the same, staggered pattern can avoid losses of strength.

2. Product Application
PRECISE MICROPORE COMPOSITE SCREEN is mainly suitable for barefoot completions especially for oriented well and horizontal well.
The particularity of well opening of the horizontal well causes a low rate of success of the traditional gravel packing completion,and of a big risk. Meanwhile, the horizontal well is requested for higher output, the high permeability can be raised by use of Mesh screen, and reduce the rate of blockage, therefore increase the production rate.

PRECISION PUNCHED SCREEN
PRECISION PUNCHED SCREEN mainly consists of perforated base pipe, stainless steel filtration jacket with punched slots, and end rings.
1. Product Characteristic
Accurately controlled width: The width of the precise punched slot screen shall be accurately controlled within 0.20~1.00mm and the degree of accuracy is±0.05mm, which can be better match the sizes of different formationsand satisfy the requirements of down hole sand control.
Excellnt anti-corrosion ability: PPS screen jacket is made of high quality stainless steel, and has good ability toresist corrosion from acid alkali and salt, and can meet the special requirements of the wells containing H2S,CO2, and high cl- . The slot will not get wider after long- term down hole service.
Excellent body strength and anti-deformation ability：The PPS screen has excellent body strength and anti-deformation ability because of its structure. The filtration jacket is supported by the base pipe, and the strength of the perforated pipe is only 2-3% reduced compared with the API casing or tubing. Even if there are partial deformation, the slot width will not get wider, and the sand control will be not lost.
High density slot, low flow resistance: The flow resistance is lower because the open hole of the PPS screen is 2~3 times of the normal slotted screen, thus it is in favor of getting high oil and gas output.
Nicer technics,easy to high rate and large scale production.

Drill Sizes Available: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", and 1" .
Pipe sizes available: 2-3/8”-13-3/8”.
Pipe grade can deal: J55,K55,N80,L80,P110,13Cr.
Hole pattern: Non staggered,staggered,spiral staggered.
